Raspberry Pi projects

These are some of the projects I have made with my Raspberry Pis. I've included links to the source information, guide or where to purchase below. I'm aiming to write a brief summary of my experience with each project in it's own page.

Picade

Picade is Raspberry Pi powered retro games machine with authentic arcade controls that plugs right into your TV, monitor, or other HDMI display.

You can read about my project to build my Picade with RetroPie here.

RetroPie

RetroPie allows you to turn your Raspberry Pi into a retro-gaming machine and works especially well with a Picade.

Pi-hole

Pi-hole is an open source ad blocker and DHCP server for your home network.

You can read about my project to integrate Pi-hole into my home network here.

I also have a Raspberry Pi Zero but have yet to find the perfect project for it. I'm thinking about putting it into a Game Boy inspired Raspberry Pi case such as the GPi case.

Update - I did exactly that and you can read about it here.

My lovely wife gifted me an Unsoldered Gamer Kit for Christmas (in 2018) to help understand electronics and programming. I finally got round to soldering and programming the kit to create a game called Dot Collector.
